Mario Noriega began his real estate career in 2006 after partially divesting from his successful nationwide direct sales company. He initially concentrated on Fix & Flip projects and luxury remodeling ventures, while strategically acquiring land for future development. His early work laid the foundation for a long-term commitment to residential construction and property development. In 2019, his son, Mario E., joined the business, bringing a background in finance and a certified residential contractor license in Florida. Together, they established Rhino Homes, shifting the company’s focus to ground-up residential developments. Over the last five years, Rhino Homes has successfully completed several luxury single-family homes, including an exclusive nine-home community in Davie, Florida. As of 2024, Mario has expanded the firm’s reach by partnering with Bobby Sharma and Plutarco Castellanos to launch a 506(c) investment fund. This collaboration combines Bobby’s experience as a fund manager with Plutarco’s network of South Florida investors—positioning Rhino Homes as a forward-thinking player in the region’s real estate development and investment sector.
